Thank you for your interest in the PCC Career Pathways and STEP program. This form is for students seeking coaching and support while working toward ABE/GED/ESOL, short-term training, or career and technical education (CTE) programs.
Services include one-on-one coaching, career planning, resume support, and college guidance. Some students may qualify for funding, depending on eligibility and available grants.
The STEP program is for students receiving SNAP benefits (not TANF) who are enrolled in or pursuing a CTE program. All students must have a clear career goal to be eligible.

To file a program discrimination complaint, a Complainant should complete a Form AD-3027, USDA Program Discrimination Complaint Form which can be obtained online (USDA Program Discrimination Complaint Form), from any USDA office, by calling (833) 620-1071, or by writing a letter addressed to USDA. The letter must contain the complainant’s name, address, telephone number, and a written description of the alleged discriminatory action in sufficient detail to inform the Assistant Secretary for Civil Rights (ASCR) about the nature and date of an alleged civil rights violation.
