Timely warning – stalking
Dear PCC Community,
This Timely Warning is a notification of a Stalking incident that occurred at the SE Campus on 1/28/2026 and is believed to present a potential ongoing safety concern.
Timely Warnings are sent when certain crimes are reported on or near PCC property, in compliance with?the Clery Act. Timely Warnings provide information about college safety situations, and inform college community members of safety precautions to support personal safety, raise awareness, and to help prevent crime.

- REPORTED OFFENSE:?Stalking
- WHEN: 1/28/2026
- SUBJECT:?Black adult male wearing a black puffy jacket, all black clothing, and a hat.
- DESCRIPTION OF INCIDENT:?The victim reported being followed by the subject to a bus stop immediately next to campus, where the subject approached her and made a sexual comment, asking, “Do you want to get with me?” The victim also reported a similar interaction the previous day, during which the subject followed the victim and the victim’s friend to the same bus stop and cornered them.
- WHERE:?SE Campus at the bus stop on SE Division and 82nd Ave.

Do not attempt to apprehend any suspects or perpetrators of crime. Your personal safety and the safety of others around you should be your first concern.

- Parked at PCC? Call?971 722 4902?to ask for an?escort?to your vehicle while on PCC property, especially encouraged after dark.
- Be a good witness: If you can and it’s safe to, observe as many details as possible to help investigations. Notice your perception of the assailant’s gender, race, age, height, hair color, clothing, tattoos or scars. If a vehicle is involved take note of the color, make and model and its license plate if possible.
